Galician Tinned Fish Experience with Lata

The Falu House Tinned Fish Club is joined by tinned fish producer Lata co-founders Nacho Valle and Vicent Sendra to talk about their conserva brand, tin fish production and story!

They will also be showing attendees how to eat tinned fish the Galician way: with a Galician white wine pairing and sauce emulsifying demonstration. You'll also get to try other tins and tapas to make for an especially Española evening!

We produce a curated box of tinned fish each month with suggestions on how to pair and eat each tin - available in 4- and 6-tin boxes.

6 - 7 PM is “Tinned Fish Happy Hour” and your opportunity to taste, mingle and purchase tins for the raffle…Besides entry to the event, your ticket includes access to the tinned fish grazing board + accoutrements, and 1 glass of natural wine or craft beer.

7 - 8 PM, Nacho and Vicent will take the floor and show & tell everything LATA! From how it got started, to production, pairing with Galician wine - even how to emulsify the sauce in the tins!

Bring your questions for a Q&A at the end of the hour - these guys are the conservas experts so this is your chance to speak to producers about all your tinned fish curiosities.

And of course, we’ll be raffling off prizes to 3 lucky winners! Raffle tickets can be earned through purchases of tinned fish and Tinned Fish Club subscription sign-ups AT the event.

This will be the 4th tinned fish event we’ve held since July and it’s going to be our BEST yet!
